EDIT: So the test skin that it came with works perfectly fine, but I cannot find another skin that supports it whatsoever!. I have tried a few, 5 to be exact, one which said it works but would end up making Rainmeter as a whole run very badly and still not working, only the visualizer working.It's not about the skin, it's the plugin (i.e. the .dll) it's using. Generally, you'd try a skin using the WebNowPlaying plugin (don't forget about the extension and testing it with YT or something afterwards):
