For integrating Rainmeter with more robust task management tools like OneNote or Outlook, there aren't many skins that offer full integration out-of-the-box. However, you can find some good "to-do" skins that might work as standalone lists while you use your main management tool on the side.

A couple of options worth checking out:

Gnometer: While it doesn’t integrate directly with apps like OneNote, it’s a very customizable suite that could include a simple to-do list. You could use it to display reminders or tasks visually on your desktop, while tracking details in OneNote.

Elegant Task List: This is a simple, minimalistic Rainmeter skin for managing daily tasks. It might not sync with OneNote, but it can be handy for quickly jotting down things you need to remember.

Omnimo: If you're looking for a more versatile dashboard-style skin, Omnimo offers a lot of flexibility with its widgets. It might not have OneNote integration, but you could potentially set up shortcuts to launch your task management platform.

If you are open to some coding or scripting, you might be able to use the Rainmeter "RunCommand" plugin to create simple scripts that open OneNote or Outlook tasks at specific times. While this won’t fully sync your tasks, it could provide a way to display tasks and notes on your desktop alongside reminders from these apps.

Let me know if you need further assistance with customizing Rainmeter!
