Began using Rainlendar in like 2005, though didn't use Rainmeter until around 6 years later as I was a fan of Konfabulator and AveDesk.
It's interesting that Rainmeter had its roots in LiteStep. I know someone a couple years ago here linked to the announcement that the Litestep and Shellfront forums were closing.
